THE TIE-DYED SHEEP

Has anyone else noticed that certain people are falling away from their reality, that certain friendships have run their course, that as our psyche moves forward on this planet we simply can't take everyone with us, and we’re being magnetically drawn to those who are in alignment with our soul’s purpose. 

We’re drawing to us those who are truly meant to be in our lives

I genuinely value my new friends, but I really honour the friendships that have allowed us to pick up from where we last left off (you know who you are). These friendships have survived the hiatuses, silences and space. These are connections that never die.

My friends make me feel that - although there have been moments in my life that I’m now not too proud of - it doesn’t really matter who I used to be. All that matters is who I’ve become, and I thank you all for accepting me as I am now 

I was born into a world I didn’t fit into, and my love goes out to my wife and son, and my friends for showing me a world I did fit into, and partially helping me create a new one. Never underestimate your light. It may just have been your light that leads others, like me, out of the darkness.

If you shine your light, the right people will find you.

Paulo Coelho, the author who wrote that great book ‘The Alchemist’ said, ‘Important encounters are planned by the souls long before the bodies see each other.’ 

And I kind of like to believe that’s true, although of course I can’t prove it. 

Mind you, you can’t prove it’s not true, so …..    

I know some people think I write a load of shit, but I don’t share my thoughts because I think it will change the minds of those who think differently. We’re not supposed to all agree, are we? I share my thoughts to show people who already think like me that they’re not alone.

Some of us are what they would call the black sheep. The black sheep? We’re the fucking tie-dyed sheep!

All the good ones are a little crazy.
